Rooms
We have been putting a lot of work and care into our property. Our rooms and suites are the nicest and newest ones you’ll find downtown Steamboat. They’ve been remodeled and they resemble the quality of the rooms at the Hampton Inn. Each room includes cable TV/HBO, direct dial telephone service, A/C, refrigerator & microwave, hair dryer, alarm clock/radio, full bath/shower, and coffee maker (provided upon request). Our newest rooms have also granite countertops and flat screen TVs.
1 Queen Size Bed - will sleep 2 people very comfortably
1 King Size Bed - the unit itself and the bed is a bit larger than the one with a Queen size bed
2 Double Size Beds - will sleep up to 4 people
2 Queen Size Beds - will sleep up to 4 people - room and bed size are larger than 2 Doubles
2 Queen Suite (2 Queen Size Beds & Queen Size pull-out couch) - will sleep 5 adults comfortably. The suites are our largest units. They consist of 2 rooms which are connected, one room has 2 Queen size beds, the other is a living space area with a couch, fridge & micro, table, coffee table. There are 2 TVs in these units.
2 Bedroom Suite (2 Queen Size Beds in one room & 1 Queen Size bed in another room) - will sleep 6 adults comfortably. This unit cosists of a common area, two separate bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a fridge & microwave, table, chairs, There are 2 TVs in this units.
King Apartment - (1 King size bed in a separate bedroom, full kitchen and living room and bathroom) - beautiful apartment wit a full kitchen, bar, beautiful log furniture, beautiful views of Howellsen Hill and downtown - will sleep 2-4 people
Even if you’ve been coming to Steamboat for years, you probably haven’t noticed our beautiful backyard tucked away between the creek and the back of our property. It’s quaint, green, has a beautiful pool and a new indoor hot tub.
